I just want to say how impressed we are with the progress of our pool. Every step has been executed with a seamless precision. Bang, bang… one after the other. A well oiled machine. Everyone we have dealt with has been great. Jane in the office making sure we were aware of exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Steve and Mike and their team onsite all work really well together. Never an idle hand.
The entire crew and their timing are a testament to your years of experience and their attention to detail is fantastic. All of our requests and enquiries have been with a smile and resolve in short order. Well done!!
Let’s hope the weather holds next week….

Well after coming home from a week long business trip I was “over the top” pleased with jumping in my new Jameson Pool.
From the beginning, you put us at ease and ever since your team has exceeded expectations.
Your design was superb, the hand holding “worry free”, plus the professional approach of Jane & Michelle is “A1” ensuring a beat is never missed.
The construction team delivered on all promises, explaining the process and creating a safe and “mess” free environment for my family.
The co-ordination of the project left my neighbours impressed with the Jameson standard so much that I am proud to see two new Jameson pool signs on my street.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pool
Hi Paul,
I wanted to tell you and your customers about your AWESOME service. We have enjoyed our pool and when we needed service this year Michelle in the service department was very sympathetic to the trouble we were having and it was evident she understood the projects that Jameson services. She also made sure Scot got our message and we didn’t get lost in the shuffle. Scot came the same day (I know that can’t always happen) and efficiently solved our problem. H didn’t try to sell us an expensive new product buy repaired our pump on the spot! He took time to answer questions and explain the features of our pump. It was also good to know that Scot can service our salt system should we have any issues (which by the way, salt is the best!!!). I hope you point this out and let your customers see that you stand by your product and your service department are A1.
This is aside from the fall closing of our pool. It is nice to see the familiar faces show up, who are knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and friendly staff.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pool!!

This is my third pool...
Dear Mr. Jameson:
We want to thank you for the extraordinary job you and your associates did on our back yard. To say we are happy with our relationship and please with the results would be the understatement of the year.
This is my third pool (so I am not inexperienced) and we received three other quotations in addition to yours. Yours was the clearest, most detailed and, including the plan, had the best (and most) ideas.
Incidentally, you may be interested to know, our neighbor paid $250 for a plan which looked very similar to the one you did for him, but was drawn freehand and didn’t look nearly as professional as your “free” one.
We were very impressed with all of your crew headed up very ably by Graham. They were in on the due date and completed the job so quickly our tow neighbours, who had just completed their pools with other companies, couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they were. In fact, the two on the other side of us decided to go with your company when they saw the results.
But a few comments about your associates. We used your gas contractor but decided to use our electrician whom we had used for years. My strong advice to your future customers is to stay with your contractors. They know what has to be done, are faster and more thorough – and – cost less money.
Now about George (who designed and built our magnificent waterfall) and Jerry Tauskela (Trillium Hill Contracting) who laid the cobblestone deck & designed and planted our beautiful garden. The two gentlemen are priceless and you should treasure them. They are thoroughly professional, extraordinarily talented and terrific people to deal with. My one and only suggestion for both of them would be to double their prices – they are worth it.
Paul, thanks again for the spectacular job and please pass on our thanks to all who worked on it – Graham, George, Jerry, Sonia and all the others.

My wife and I purchased a patio set from your store in mid-April. We were specific in what we wanted and therefore, had searched many patio furniture stores prior to visiting Jameson Pool and Spa. We did purchase a table and four chairs from your store and received delivery on time. The reason we purchased from Jameson was service and price.
I wanted to send you this email to thank the staff at Jameson Pool and Spa for the friendly, professional service that we received. We dealt with at least three members of the staff and each was courteous and knowledgeable. Our experience was enjoyable and we would recommend your store to our friends. Hi Paul,
I wanted to drop a quick line to let you know how pleased we are with our nearly completed pool. With the exception of a few glitches (ie. Branches, pool lights not working) we are thrilled with the entire pool building process and particularly with the team who installed it.
EVERY worker was top notch. We saw a lot of different faces, and each one was friendlier than the next. They answered our never ending questions quite happily for us, and never made us ‘new pool owners’ feel uncomfortable about asking questions regardless of the fact that I’m sure they’ve answered them all countless times before.
From dealing with Mary-Lou and Jane in the office, to the entire team – it has been an enjoyable and stress-free experience. Never once did we question our decision of choosing Jameson.
In particular, we wanted to highlight our dealings with Graham. Graham has been exceptional. I’m sure my patience level would have waned long ago if I had to deal with our countless phone calls, questions and updates. Early on in the process, he told us to call whenever we wanted an update or had a question or concern – and believe me, we took him up on the offer! He always returned our phone calls, if we did not manage to catch him direct and never (appeared) irritated with our constant questions. We talked to him early in the morning and often late into the evening – and his demeanor was always pleasant and professional. He is truly passionate about his work and was a pleasure to deal with. We certainly did not want him to go unrecognized by us.
As this project winds down, we felt we should let you know that you will have a solid reference in us. Now if only the weather would cooperate, we can truly enjoy our new pool!

We would like to thank you and your staff for a job well done, from start to finish! We greatly appreciated your valiant efforts in keeping to the tight time frame given to us by our builder. There were some stressful episodes with neighbours but you and your workers handled each situation with patience and class.
The pool itself is outstanding! We think the natural look we were trying to achieve was accomplished, thanks to the impressive waterfall, cantilever deck and stamped concrete. Your guidance in helping us make our selections was invaluable. We can’t wait to get our landscaping in place to complete the setting.
Your workers were all courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to Jane, Graham, Clayton, Helen, the equipment hookup man whose name escapes me – but he was so nice), the jolly, singing delivery guy, and all the personnel who worked so hard on site. As well, your subcontractors, George, and John & Mabel are to be commended for their talents and artistic vision. And how could we forget the engaging and talented electrician, Peter and the accommodating gas guy, Tom. They were great recommendations!
